I'll play along... ...first and foremost: FIRE! the smell of smoke (when I know there should be nothing burning), and FIRE alarms going off (this from incessant drills at school when I was a child; getting left in the bathroom) ...Lakes/ Oceans...swimming anywhere I can't see the bottom ...Children and bodies of water scare me--supervision, supervision,supervision (a close friendship was forever changed when I saw my son on the side of the lake, playing and splashing unsupervised and I turned around and made him get his bedroll and overnight pack and come home--he wasn't allowed to stay at the boys birthday party) ...Storms, although since moving AWAY from a community that enforced sirens, I've calmed down--those things go off in my opinion unnecessarily giving a false security and THAT MAKES ME FEARFUL. ...Strangers-- I mean people who are strange and I don't understand their behavior; people I've never met, that get in my personal space and are too- too nice, w/o reason. ...That's pretty much it-- Now y'all are scared of me, aren't you! LOL... I do try and understands other's fears, because I have mine. What we need is more compassion. But please, don't try and get in my space and have a group hug over it. ;) Pat Hmmm…
